Our International Patient Centre offers an advisory service and provides a one stop service for rapid appointments, urgent admissions and facilities access to all our hospitals and doctors for all international patients.
The International Patient Center (IPC) was established to exclusively cater to the medical needs of foreign clients, including expatriates, tourists and patients from abroad, by providing the highest quality medical treatment and services.
To date, over 1 million patients from more than 127 countries have benefited from the excellent care of our IPC coordinators who are ready at all times to assist overseas visitors in overcoming language and culture barriers during their visits at our private hospitals in London
The IPC provides the following services:
- Outpatient consultation appointments with any of the doctors working in our hospitals
- Direct admission to any of our hospitals when necessary
- Visa assistance
- Worldwide insurance assistance
- Liaison service with embassies, international institutions and organizations
- Translation service for Arabic and Greek patients
- Assistance on preferential room rates at local hotels
- Catering of special diets, including Western, Vegetarian, Kosher and Halil food
- Medical Evacuation service by chartered flight and commercial flight, under the leading Aviation Specialists
- Free consultation and medical advice through the Internet
- Assistance with transportation to and from airport to hospital/hotel
